I can not speak more highly of Andrea. I felt I was a hopeless case. I had tried Sleep Station without much success. I contacted Andrea and she gave me a free 45 minute consultation and I decided to give it go. I really struggled the first 2 to 3 weeks but with Andrea's support I got through it. I asked many questions between my zoom calls and Andrea always answered very quickly and would send me a video which made it feel very personal. I can’t recommend Andrea and her coaching highly enough! I have done her sleep programme which was unbelievable.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and they say that this condition is possibly brought on by lack of sleep amongst other things. I’ve always been a light sleeper since the birth of my son , but since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia my sleep problems skyrocketed, sometimes not even getting any sleep at all, culminating in terrible brain fog along with many other ailments.
However, I discovered Andrea and her course and I haven’t looked back since.
I did the course from the very beginning, doing the sleep diary onwards . It was tough to implement at first but it was well worth sticking with and Andrea is a wonderful support, very supportive and calming. I now sleep 8 hours almost every night and can’t thank Andrea enough😀
My brain fog has improved no end and so has a lot of my fibromyalgia pain.
